Baker Inspection Group is now offering Curbside Home Inspections to better protect our clients during this difficult time. From our BIG RIG, we will inspect the roof and attic areas with our new BIG MINI drone. We will then inspect the exterior, interior and crawlspace areas with our industry leading BIGCrawler360HV. Our client can also sit curbside, in their own cars, watching from their own monitors (provided by BIG), so they can follow the inspection process. We will then discuss the findings either by phone, sign language, flashcards or smoke signals from vehicle to vehicle. All we require is that the seller open the front door along with the attic and crawlspace covers, to allow our drones full access. Overcoming adversity with ingenuity.
